Farm to Fork is all over the place. From restaurants, to coffee shops to shoe stores. Ok, well maybe not the shoe store but it’s everywhere!! I just want to set the record straight. We have been creating seasonally inspired menus since 1997 (pre Taste at the St. George Hotel, Volcano). We have always been using local ingredients that are in season now, before it was Farm to Fork.
To stay true to who we are and always have been we will always be “Seasonally and Locally Inspired”. Same drum, same drummer, same walk and talk. Yes, what we do is Farm to Fork but we don’t want to be like everyone else. Heck, we are in the middle of Plymouth, California. Have you seen this town? Smack dab in the middle of Sierra Foothills wine country. A perfect location for wine lovers to nourish themselves before or after visiting the over forty tasting rooms in Amador County alone.
If we don’t say Farm to Fork, don’t be afraid. We have our own drum in Plymouth and it sounds (and tastes) pretty good.
