As a Chef you are always working to create that perfect dish. It’s the same in making wine. Except you don’t use salt and pepper but rather oak and levels of ripeness.
This Sunday we feature our last of the Winter Wine Luncheons with Miller Wine Works. The special thing about Miller Wine Works is that owner, Gary Miller, was a Chef in the Napa Valley for many years. He has that fine hand in making his wines like a well executed meal.
Every wine is well balanced, perfectly made to pair with food and simply delicious. It’s a bit cliche but we have saved the best for last in the wine luncheon series.
