We love the magic and science of food and wine (or beer) pairing. The menu for the Pinot Noir Tasting next week plays on the varied styles of earthy, cranberry, cherry, silky, supple and lively acidity. Then we get to play with vintage Barbera from Terra D’Oro for the Barbera dinner on April 15. Ten vintages in one dinner. It’s going to be amazing.
