Morels, peas, fava beans, carrots, greens, strawberries and cherries! We are having fun in the kitchen with all these spring ingredients. So delicious. This past week we have created some new items. Guinea Hen with favas, caramelized onion purée, farro polenta. White chocolate tart with strawberries, rhubarb ice box cake with yogurt creme, asparagus and smoked duck salad. Oh yea!
